Wellness Coaching

As a wellbeing coach, my aim is to help to you improve the dis-ease of your body and mind by changing your lifestyle and heath choices. I do this by combining proven health coaching techniques and trauma-informed talk therapy and have seen my client’s lives transformed as a result.

As part of this process, I also offer hands-on healing and body therapy to release pain and tension stored in the body.

There are many factors in our lives that cause dis-ease of body and mind, such as unhealthy work / life balance, unhappy relationships, difficult childhood experiences and stressful life-events. Over time, this can result in symptoms ranging from anxiety, brain fog and panic attacks to actual physical pain. To restore wellbeing, I will help you consider your lifestyle choices, your relationship dynamics and painful past experiences to help you live and function with renewed balance and intention.

My integrated approach, combines health and life coaching techniques with trauma-informed talk therapy, based on the NARM model which is a pioneering and gentle approach to healing. My aim is to enable my clients to experience more connection, ease, joy and vitality and many have reported a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in their lives as they embark on this journey with me.

 
 
 

Building myself back after being diagnosed with professional burnout two years ago, I have considered Laraba to be an essential part of my healing journey.
