Hi, my name is Laraba Friedman. I live in Geneva, Switzerland. I am passionate about helping others fulfill their potential as healthy and vibrant human beings. I have been practicing integrated therapy for over 20 years and draw on a range of techniques to help my clients free themselves from physical and emotional pain in order to live their best life!

I consider myself a citizen of the world, having been born in Scotland, raised in Nigeria and Nepal, and lived and worked in the UK, the US, Kenya and Switzerland. These experiences have shaped me, and helped me keep my mind open and my horizon wide. I have two wonderful children and a sweet dog called Laika.

I always remain curious about the best ways to heal the body and mind, and employ a variety of approaches to restore true health and vitality to my clients.

My professional journey

I began as a licensed Therapeutic Massage and Aromatherapy Therapist in the UK in 2004, with advanced training in Trigger Point Massage.

I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2015, and then trained as a ‘Heal Your Life’ Leader & Life Coach in 2017, which allowed me to work more effectively in helping my clients achieve their personal goals.

To further guide my clients toward holistic healing, I trained in Myofascial Release Therapy—a technique that relieves physical pain and restores mobility in the body.

I am currently completing a diploma in NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a pioneering, cutting-edge approach to healing and processing childhood trauma.

All of this training allows me to offer a personalised, integrated approach to restoring true health and wellbeing.
